How to receive the PUMA station
The procedure to activate the shipment of the PUMA stations requires some actions:
1) fill out the attached questionnaire and mail it to puma@tecnavia.com

2) request EKU keys on Eumetsat User Portal . Follow instructions on https://www.puma2025.com/manuals/news/2025/04/11/how-to-require-the-eku-keys-through-the-eumetsats-eoportal/
3) Write an email to ops@eumetsat.int informing them that the keys are for Tecnavia for the PUMA station installation
4) provide us the contact of our customs agent? After your ok I will send you the commercial invoice, certificate of origin, certificate of conformity and packing list to start the customs declaration.
Once we have completed the actions we will be able to proceed with the shipment of the material and the subsequent installation which will be scheduled about 1 week after delivery of the items.

Comment recevoir la station PUMA
La procédure d’activation de l’expédition des stations PUMA nécessite certaines étapes :
1) Remplissez le questionnaire ci-joint et envoyez-le à puma@tecnavia.com

2) Demandez les clés EKU sur le portail utilisateur d’Eumetsat. Suivez les instructions sur https://www.puma2025.com/manuals/news/2025/04/11/how-to-require-the-eku-keys-through-the-eumetsats-eoportal/
3) Envoyez un e-mail à ops@eumetsat.int pour les informer que les clés sont destinées à Tecnavia pour l’installation de la station PUMA.
4) Veuillez nous fournir les coordonnées de notre agent en douane. Après votre accord, je vous enverrai la facture commerciale, le certificat d’origine, le certificat de conformité et la liste de colisage pour démarrer la déclaration en douane.
Une fois ces étapes terminées, nous pourrons procéder à l’expédition du matériel et à l’installation, prévue environ une semaine après la livraison des articles.
